Our primary carrier is FedEx, and all domestic orders are shipped at a flat rate that includes full tracking and insurance.

Early to mid-week: we typically ship using FedEx Express 2-Day for fast, reliable delivery.

Later in the week: depending on your location, we may use FedEx Home Delivery, which continues moving through the weekend and can even deliver on Sunday in some areas.
We also use USPS and UPS when their routes better fit a specific delivery area or timeline.
All carrier selections are made to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Orders are generally shipped within 1–2 business days.
During high-volume periods, shipments are prioritized based on upcoming class start dates to make sure every teacher has materials in time.
If your class begins soon and you require overnight shipping, please contact us immediately after checkout so we can assist you directly.

For domestic orders placed at least four business days before your class, we guarantee on-time delivery.
If your order doesn’t arrive in time for class, we’ll refund your shipping cost upon request — no questions asked.

Our primary international carriers are FedEx International Priority and FedEx International Connect Plus, chosen for their speed and reliability.
We also partner with UPS International when their routes offer a faster or more secure path to your destination.
Because international delivery times and costs can vary by region, we offer custom shipping quotes for each international order.
