Here’s how we make that happen:
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Reliable carriers with fast delivery. Our primary carrier is FedEx. We usually ship via FedEx Express 2-Day early in the week for fast delivery. Later in the week, we may choose FedEx Home Delivery, which continues moving through the weekend—and in many areas, even delivers on Sunday! Depending on your location, we may also partner with USPS or UPS to ensure the fastest route possible.
Flat-rate, fully tracked shipping. All domestic orders ship at a flat rate that includes full tracking and insurance—no hidden fees, ever. You’ll receive a single email with tracking information from Shippo once your order has shipped. For ongoing automatic updates and real-time visibility, download the FedEx app, where you can follow every stop your package makes, set delivery preferences, and get instant alerts—keeping you in control from our hands to yours.
Fast processing and prioritization. We typically process and ship orders within 1–2 business days. During busy seasons, we prioritize based on class start dates to make sure every student has their materials in time.
Need it sooner? If your class is starting soon and you need overnight shipping, contact us right after checkout. We’ll do everything we can to make it happen.
On-Time Guarantee. For orders placed at least four business days before class begins, we guarantee on-time delivery. If a domestic shipment doesn’t arrive before class, we’ll refund your shipping cost—no questions asked.
International Shipping
We proudly serve a small number of international markets where we can deliver the same smooth, reliable experience our U.S. customers expect. These routes are proven, well-supported, and fully dialed in.
Canada:
Built for Canada. Canada is one of our most important international markets, and we’ve designed our shipping specifically to remove friction and surprises.
No tariffs. No taxes. No delivery fees.
All Canada orders ship with import duties and taxes handled upfront. You will never be asked to pay anything at delivery.
Choose your speed.
At checkout, you can select either a standard delivery option or a faster priority express option.
Delivery timing.
Standard delivery typically arrives in 5–8 business days. Priority express options arrive sooner based on the selection made at checkout.
Singapore:
One of our strongest international routes. Singapore is a priority destination for us, with fast transit times and consistently smooth customs processing.
No tariffs. No taxes. Ever.
Orders shipping to Singapore will never incur import duties, tariffs, or taxes at delivery. What you pay at checkout is final.

At checkout, you can choose standard delivery or priority express delivery.
Delivery timing.
Standard delivery usually arrives in 4–6 business days. Priority express delivery typically arrives in 2–3 business days.
Australia:
A core international market for us.
Australia is another key destination we serve regularly, with dependable transit times and predictable customs clearance.
No tariffs. No taxes. Ever.
Orders shipping to Australia will never incur import duties, tariffs, or taxes at delivery. Shipping is fully covered at checkout.

Other International Destinations:
Worldwide delivery.
We’re proud to send our kits across the globe. We ship primarily with FedEx International services selected according to destination and timing. While FedEx remains our preferred carrier for consistency and reliability, we may also use UPS when it best supports delivery efficiency or scheduling.
Estimated delivery times.
Most international orders arrive within 4–15 business days, though customs may add extra time. Import duties or taxes for destinations outside Canada, Singapore, and Australia are determined by the destination country.

Real-time tracking. Every order includes end-to-end tracking through our secure shipping system. You’ll receive automatic updates as your package moves from our warehouse to your doorstep.
