  • Fast, free shipping: We understand that classes are scheduled and materials are needed quickly. Approved replacement items will be shipped via FedEx 2-Day (or a comparable expedited service) at our expense so you receive them promptly.
  • Friendly support: Whether you have a question about a part or need a replacement, our U.S.-based support team is ready to help. Contact us via email, text, or the form provided, and we will respond within one business day.
  • Straightforward claims process: Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and your preferred contact method. We may ask for a photo to help us understand the problem, but returns of broken items are not required. Once approved, your replacement ships immediately.

Coverage and exclusions

  • This promise applies to non-consumable hardware included in kits for classes we support. Consumable materials (such as items intended to be used up during class) are not covered for replenishment.
  • Coverage lasts for the duration of your class or up to one year from the purchase date, whichever comes first.
  • Domestic (U.S.) orders receive free replacements and expedited shipping. For international orders, replacement items will be provided; customers pay only the additional international shipping cost. Where shipping is impractical, we may offer a store credit or partial refund to ensure you still receive value.

How to request a replacement

  2. Provide details. Include your order number, the class name, next class date, and a brief description of the issue. If possible, attach a photo of any broken part. (For missing parts, just describe what’s missing instead.)
  3. We take care of the rest. Once approved, we ship your replacement via FedEx 2-Day (or similar). We’ll send tracking details by email or text so you can easily see when your package will arrive.
